Holland & Knight LLP en Nueva York y Ciudad de México ha ayudado a la inversión inmobiliaria mexicana a confiar en Fibra UNO en su oferta de acciones por un valor de US $ 1 mil millones en bonos senior.

Holland & Knight LLP in New York and Mexico City has helped Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra UNO in its debt offering worth US$1 billion in senior notes.

Paul Hastings in New York and Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes SC in Mexico City supported the bookrunners. The issuance took place on 25 June.

The offering was divided into two tranches, the first worth US$400 million has an interest rate of around 5% and will mature in 2030, and the second worth US$600 million has a 6% interest rate and matures in 2050.
