US-asset manager BlackRock has bought the 68MWp Aguascalientes solar PV plant from Canadian Solar for an undisclosed amount, according to a 23 May release.

On April 10, 2019, Mexico’s Energy Regulatory Commission (Comisión
Reguladora de Energía) (the “Commission”) published in the Official
Gazette of the Federation, the “Resolution whereby the Energy Regulatory
Commission sets forth the justified causes to extend the December 31,
2019 deadline that is applicable for grandfathered projects to prove to the
Commission the commercial operation of their full capacity, and issues the
interpretation criteria in connection with grandfathered interconnection
contracts that are extended” (the “Resolution”).
