We advised Anheuser Bush Inbev on the execution of certain agreements related to the potential acquisition, through the Mexican Stock Exchange, of the remaining 50% equity stake in Grupo Modelo, not currently owned by ABI Inbev, in a potential cash transaction valued at USD$20.1 billion dollars equivalent to $278.6 billion pesos.
Televisa / Iusacell (Co investment of Grupo Salinas)
We advised Grupo Televisa, on the indirect acquisition of a 50% equity stake in Grupo Iusacell, a major mobile telecommunications in Mexico, for a total amount of USD$1.6 billion dollars equivalent to 21.6 billion pesos.
Macquarie Eolic Project

The project is supported by subsidiaries of FEMSA and Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma as energy off-takers.
